Privacy Policy (Draft)

Last updated: 22 July 2026 · Draft

Overview

This page describes, at a structural level, the kinds of information Cognivanta Labs collects through this website and how it's intended to be used. It is a working outline, not a finalized legal policy.

Information we collect

Information submitted through forms on this site (name, email, organization, and the content of your message) via our shared lead-capture backend, and standard technical information collected by any web server (such as IP address and browser information) for security and reliability purposes.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries submitted through contact, demo, investor, media, partner, research, and API-access forms, and to route those requests to the right team internally.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Submissions may be routed to an internal notification/CRM system once configured; the specific providers and retention periods used will be documented here once finalized.

Data security

Form submissions are validated and rate-limited server-side. Specific security certifications or audit claims will only be published here once evidenced and approved — see our public claims register.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of information you've submitted. Until this policy is finalized, please use the contact form to make such a request directly.

Cookies

Google Tag Manager is installed as the site's controlled measurement layer. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity are intended to be configured inside that container rather than directly in the website source. Analytics cookies or similar storage, session recordings, and heatmaps must remain disabled until the consent and privacy configuration has been reviewed and approved. Sensitive fields are marked for masking, and analytics events must not intentionally capture form messages, names, email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, legal data, or medical data. There is currently no website cookie-consent banner or consent-management platform in this repository; account-side tags must therefore remain unpublished until an approved analytics-consent mechanism is available.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

This draft will be replaced with a reviewed, versioned policy before this notice is removed.
